Guest Bedroom Makeover

The first full room makeover that I tackled in our new home was our first guest bedroom. I knew we needed a space that would be welcoming and put together for our friends and family that visited. I knew I wanted to have a board and batten accent wall and the color green. After installing that I focused on putting together vintage items that I had thrifted over time. This included a mirror, frames with art, a perisian designed rug, and other small accent pieces. Knowing that I was planning to add those details I wanted to keep everything else very simple. That’s why I decided to go with white curtains, walls, bedding, and a dresser.
